This is a really great all purpose vinaigrette. I make it all the time and keep it in the refrigerator. It will last at least a couple of months. I use raw apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil in this dressing. This vinaigrette will slightly solidify in the refrigerator because of the extra virgin olive oil, so just take it out and let it come to room temperature before using.
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup organic apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a shaker jar or a mason jar with a lid. Shake well and serve.
